Who’s feeding Canadian Athletes in Beijing?

Canadians athletes are working so hard these days to get ready for the Beijing Olympic, apparently, so are some of our Canadians chefs!
Daryle Nagata, Executive Chef of Pan Pacific Hotel, along with Fairmont Vancouver’s Robert LeCrom and Four Seasons Hotel’s Sean Murray are heading to Beijing too.  No, they are not there to compete but to make sure our athletes are well fed.
According to Daryle, their job is more than just cooking, but to make sure athletes eat well, eat healthy and their energy an spirits are looked after too. “Balance, taste and varieties are the key!” said Chef Nagata who went to Beijing to check out the facilities.
Top chefs cooking for top athletes; that already is a golden team!
